Absolutely fell in love with the fresh cheese bread at Waffle Love Long Beach – a definite must-try! Plus, Steelhead Coffee had the perfect brews to kickstart my mornings. Check-in was a breeze with the super nice receptionist and the street parking was a score, just 12 mins from downtown Long Beach!

Now, don't get me wrong, the room felt more like a shoebox than a hotel, but at least everything was quiet enough to catch some z's.

staying at salina was a pleasant surprise! dawn and her little friend addie were so sweet and helpful. the big fridge in our room was great for snacks, and the air conditioning was just perfect for the hot weather. it’s conveniently located near bixby knolls too!
